Terms and Conditions

The school's contact person, whose name appears above, agrees to engage the services of Total Entertainment for:

Cost of Engagement: $ __________ (price does not include 7% GST but does include Travel and Accommodations)
- Minimum deposit of 30% of the total cost is required to bind terms, the remainder to be paid at the beginning of the engagement, before the music commences. Cheques to be made out to Gilles Bray.
- Any deposit received is non-refundable.
- Any and all information or details must be communicated to Total Entertainment before 5 days preceding the performance.
- Total Entertainment agrees to provide non-stop music enhanced videos approved for teenage viewing by the Ontario Film Review Board, including Top 40 releases subject to their approval, at the venue indicated on the accompanying Event Information Form. All Total Entertainment equipment is to be removed immediately after the dance. All staff will abide by school regulations. In the event that Total Entertainment becomes unable to provide their services due to complications beyond their control, a reputable replacement shall be provided at no more than the original price agreed on.
- Gilles Bray shall not be held liable for any action arising from or in connection with any individuals not directly affiliated with Total Entertainment. Furthermore, the party(s) hiring Total Entertainment agree to assume full responsibility for any and all damages caused by themselves or their guests involving any of Gilles Bray's property.
- Parties entering into this contract are bound to fulfill the obligations by this agreement unless one or more of the following conditions apply:
a) Both parties mutually agree to leave the agreement and its responsibilities.
b) The event described herein is completely cancelled, and a minimum of 60 days written notice is given, in which case the deposit would be returned.
c) The weather conditions are unsafe for travelling (see clause below).

"Weather Conditions Clause"
Should the weather or road conditions be unsafe for transportation on the date of the dance, it is clearly understood by both parties, that either party will notify the other by phone, no later than 11:00 a.m. on the morning of the day of the dance, whereby an alternative date will be set. After 11:00 a.m., should Total Entertainment be in transit, Total Entertainment will be paid in full.

IMPORTANT NOTE: As our crew requires ample setup time to test sound and video equipment, please verify that the dance area is free of other activities from 3:00 p.m., before signing this contract.
